Listen to Reading!

Technology is the perfect tool to allow students to listen to reading.  Students can listen to books online, use books apps designed for tablets, or even listen to recordings of parents or grandparents reading. It is important for children to hear models of fluent reading and it is enjoyable to hear different voices reading favorite books. Some sites show printed text so that children can follow along while listening to the book, while other sites are designed for children to simply enjoy hearing stories read aloud.
